Sock it to ’em drive!!
Each year Vintage and Napa High Schools have challenged each other to see which school can collect the most boot socks.
Each school’s Boot Sock Captains (NHS-Jori, Zane; VHS-AJ, Maddie) decorated a sock display at WalMart for easy find.
Winning school with the most socks collected will be presented with Boot Trophy at halftime of the Big Game on 11/4. Now let’s “Sock-It To’em”!!
2 Ways to help
1. Purchase socks and drop them off at the administrations office of the school of their choosing. To make it easy, Walmart has set up displays to buy them there.
2. Donate $5 per boot sock to be credited to their high school. Go to opwithlove.org and click on the donation link. Choose our organization in the designation area and add the specific high school in the comments at the bottom so they get accredited. Or mail a check and include the school name on the front of check or drop it off at their school’s Activities Office where are Boot awaits

At Big Game!
Final boot socks or $$’s drop off is at Big Game on Friday, November 4, prior to Varsity Half Time, in front of the Main Gate, Memorial Stadium. The winning School will be presented with Bronze Boot Trophy at end of Half Time. These socks are to fill 1,000 Holiday Care Packages. Let’s “Sock It” to them!
